About me
Iesha is a Certified Financial Social Worker (CFSW) who is passionate about assisting clients with achieving their goals and financial success. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Phoenix and a master’s degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Southern California.
She personally knows what it is like to struggle financially under the burden of bills, not having enough money and barely living paycheck to paycheck. With the tools and strength based practices of financial social work, she was able to pay off her credit card debt and is on the path to living a debt free life.
Iesha choose the tree of life with bluebirds for the company’s logo because spiritually it represents new birth and blessings while the bluebird represents hope and joy.
What is Financial Social Work?

Financial social work goes beyond dollars, cents, debt, and budgets. It empowers individuals and professionals to examine the thoughts, feelings, attitudes, and beliefs that determine financial behavior such as how one earns, spends, saves, shares, and borrows. It is a reflective, strengths-based approach that engages, educates, motivates, and supports clients in healing their relationship with their money and with themselves to create sustainable, long-term financial wellbeing.
